Intro
Wir suchen eine*n Marketing Manager mit einem starken Fokus auf Kampagnenumsetzung, Content-Produktion und Sportmarketing. In dieser Rolle bist du die treibende Kraft hinter der operativen Umsetzung unserer Marketingaktivitäten – von der Koordination von Foto- und Videoproduktionen bis hin zur Unterstützung unserer Athletenpartnerschaften. Während die übergeordnete Planung und Strategie vom Head of Marketing vorgegeben wird, sorgst du dafür, dass Projekte reibungslos, termingerecht und in höchster Qualität umgesetzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben

Content-Produktion

  • Planung, Koordination und Betreuung von Foto- und Videoproduktionen, inklusive Briefings, Terminplanung und Produktionsbetreuung vor Ort.

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung integrierter Kampagnen über digitale Kanäle, Social Media, Retail und Events.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Fotografinnen, Videografinnen und Freelancer*innen zur Erstellung von hochwertigem Content.

  • Organisation der Produktionslogistik, inklusive Budgetkontrolle, Vertragsmanagement und Ressourcenkoordination.

Sportmarketing

  • Tägliche Betreuung unserer Athletenbeziehungen, inklusive Kommunikation, Abwicklung von Deliverables und Aktivierungen.

  • Unterstützung bei Sportmarketing-Aktivitäten wie Events, Sponsoring und Kooperationen.

  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Assets und Deliverables den Markenrichtlinien entsprechen und höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medienproduktion, Sportmanagement oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.

  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Content- oder Kampagnenproduktion, idealerweise in den Bereichen Sport, Outdoor oder Lifestyle.

  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Projektmanagement-Kompetenz mit einem hohen Maß an Detailorientierung.

  • Praktische „Hands-on“-Mentalität und Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu managen.

  • Erfahrung mit Foto-/Videoproduktionsprozessen und Content-Erstellung.

  • Leidenschaft für Sport, idealerweise mit persönlichem Bezug zu Radsport oder Outdoor-Aktivitäten.

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

  • Teamplayer*in mit proaktiver und lösungsorientierter Einstellung.

  • Vollzeit

  • 3 Tage im Büro, 2 Tage Remote

Intro
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on campaign execution, content production and sports marketing. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the operational implementation of our marketing activities – from coordinating photo and video productions to supporting athlete partnerships. While the overall planning and strategy are defined by the Head of Marketing, you ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and at the highest quality.


Your mission
  • Production (Content)

    • Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots, including briefings, scheduling and on-site production.
  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, retail and events.
  • Work closely with agencies, photographers, videographers and freelancers to deliver high-quality content.
  • Handle production logistics such as budget tracking, contracts, and resource coordination.
  • Sportsmarketing
    • Manage day-to-day athlete relations, including communication, deliverables and activations.

  • Support sports marketing activities such as events, sponsorships and collaborations.
  • Ensure all assets and deliverables follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
Your profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Media Production, Sports Management or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content or campaign production, ideally in sports, outdoor, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in photo/video production workflows and content creation.
  • Passion for sports, ideally with personal connection to cycling or outdoor activities.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fulltime 3 days Office, 2 days remote
